Airfares are based on the best available full-service airfare at time of publication and are subject to availability & change. Full-service flights include in-flight meals, drinks and entertainment, checked luggage and all applicable taxes or fees. Flights may not operate daily. Air surcharges apply during Australian school holidays and other peak travel periods. Applicable charges will apply for changes. Date changes permitted subject to change fee and fare difference. Tickets are non-refundable.

HAWAIIAN AIRLINES flights departing Australia include two 23kg checked bags per person. There is no date change fee for travel ex Australia; however, any fare difference between the original and rebooked flights will apply to the new booking.

Please be aware you MUST have 6 months validity on your passport on day of arrival back into Australia. You must also have a valid ESTA visa issued at least 72 hours prior to departure.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. The ‘valued up to’ has been determined based on the hotel’s full retail rates, non-promotional published airfares, and the full retail value of inclusions, as found on direct supplier sites and such sites as Hotels Combined, Expedia or Wotif.com.
