Airfares are based on promotional economy class fares with checked luggage allowance per person. Checked Luggage allowance is dependent of Airlines. Airfares are subject to availability at time of ticketing. Prices are correct at time of publication and are subject to change. Flights may not be direct or operate daily. Flights from Adelaide, Cairns and Canberra will be via Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. Subject to promotional fare availability. Air surcharges apply during Australian school holidays and peak travel periods.

*Full board includes lunch and dinner daily (breakfast is already included in the room rate).
All restaurants are included in the Full Board programme. Credits, to the equivalent value of FJ$48pp+ tax/FJ$54 including tax for lunch and Dinner FJ$83pp + tax/FJ$93.40 in local currency will be applied to restaurants outside of the Lagoon Terrace including theme nights / shows at the Marau Village. Full Board cannot be used in the New Zealand Natural Ice Cream outlet and Tappoo’s Talei Shop.

Cloud 9 is Fiji’s first and original two level floating platform with an internationally stocked bar and Italian wood-fired pizzeria, surrounded by turquoise blue water and picturesque views.

Inclusions:
• Return Hotel and boat transfers
• $60.00 bar tab redeemable for food, drinks or merchandise per person
• cocktail or mocktail on arrival
Meals are available for purchase, offering authentic Italian wood-fired pizzas with a range of vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and gluten-free options.

Departs from Port Denarau at 9am (arrives at Cloud 9 at 10am) and returns from Cloud 9 at 2pm (arrives at Port Denarau at 3 pm).
A 1 pm trip may operate if there is more than 15 bookings. Speak to your consultant for more information.

CLOUD 9 POLICIES:
• Cloud 9 does not accept cash for purchases on board – Mastercard, Visa and American Express
• Bar tab is non-refundable or redeemable for cash
• No external food and drinks allowed
• Guests should bring towels/swimwear, sunscreen and card for payments
• Maximum Capacity is 100, however transfers can only take 62 maximum at any given sitting. Additional transfer capacity can be provided on application
• Children under 8 years of age are not permitted on Cloud 9. It should be noted that Cloud 9 is a bar, where people drink alcohol and can smoke.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
A mandatory fuel surcharge will apply to guests travelling to Cloud 9 from 8 May 2026, due to a significant rise in fuel costs. The surcharge is payable directly by guests to Cloud 9 upon check-in for their tour.
The surcharge amount is FJD$10 per person. This surcharge has been introduced to help offset increased operating costs and will remain in place until further notice.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.
