Deluxe Resort Rooms – some of these rooms are facing towards the construction of our adult pool and bar area. It’s been fairly minimal impact so far as of course the work is completed during the day, and we allocate all rooms facing away from it as much as possible. But we do prefer to notify our guests in advance.

The Aus Pass entitles the holder to admission to Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World, Wet’n’Wild and Paradise Country during normal advertised operating days and hours for consecutive days, commencing from the date of first entry to any Park. The Aus Pass includes access to standard rides, shows and attractions available at the Parks during the validity period. Food, beverages, merchandise, premium experiences and upcharge attractions are not included and must be purchased separately unless expressly stated.The Aus Pass must be first used within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Failure to commence use within this period will render the pass void. Once activated, the validity period cannot be paused, extended or transferred. Children under three (3) years of age receive free admission and do not require a ticket.

All inclusions, discounts and value-add offers associated with the Aus Pass:
are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount;
are redeemable only during the Aus Pass validity period;

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.

Valued Up To
The ‘valued up to’ has been determined based on the hotel’s full retail rates, non-promotional published airfares, and the full retail value of inclusions, as found on direct supplier sites and such sites as Hotels Combined, Expedia or Wotif.com. Please be advised that depending on the timing and manner of your booking these rates can change and therefore the ‘valued up to’ is only indicative.
