Private Transfer – includes all luggage up to the maximum capacity of the vehicle service type including 3 pieces.

By operating with our own vehicles and employing our own drivers, we offer seamless journeys at competitive rates for groups of all sizes. Our drivers are trained in English and our vans are fitted with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and, if requested, baby seats.

MEETING POINT INSTRUCTIONS:
Driver will be waiting in the Arrival Hall, exit the gate nearest to your baggage collection belt.  Maximum waiting time is 60 mins from flight arrival time
Hotel Lobby – eg. Be at Hotel lobby 10 mins prior to pick up time.  Maximum waiting time is 15 mins from given pick up time

*Pacific Club Lounge Privileges are as follows**:

• Breakfast from 7:00 am to 10:30 am
• Afternoon high tea from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm including lights snacks and refreshments
• Evening cocktails with beer, wine and champagne and canapés from 6 pm to 8 pm
• Non-alcoholic beverages from the in-room minibar (replenished daily)
• Complimentary local telephone calls
• Complimentary laundry for two pieces of clothing per room per day (non-cumulative and excludes express service)
• Late check-out until 4 pm (subject to room availability)

Pacific Club Lounge Policy:
Pacific Club Lounge is located at Level 11.
Children aged 12 years old and under are welcome at Pacific Club Lounge before 5:00pm. Additional charges apply for children between the ages of six and 12 years old (to be paid direct to the hotel). Children below the age of six years old can access the Pacific Club Lounge at no additional charge. We kindly ask that Pacific Club Lounge guests with children maintain a calm and restful ambience for the enjoyment of all guests.  Smart casual attire as well as covered shoes are required at the Pacific Club Lounge at all times. Kindly note that shorts, bathing suits, sports attire, athletic wear, torn or cut off clothing, slippers, flip flops, sandals and singlets are not permitted.

Daily SGD $100 resort credit per room per day

• Credit resets daily, Unused portion is forfeited, cannot be carried over to the next day
• Any spend above the SGD $100 credit will be posted to room account and settled on departure
• The credit be split across outlets during the day including Pacific Breeze Bar, Florette Bar, Mosella Restaurant, St Gregory’s Spa and In Room Dining
  – Unused portion of the daily credit is non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash

All prices are per person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in Australian dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.

Valued Up To
The ‘valued up to’ has been determined based on the hotels full retail rates, non-promotional published airfares, and the full retail value of inclusions, as found on direct supplier sites and such sites as hotels combined, Expedia or wotif.com. Please be advised that dependent on the timing and manner of your booking these rates can change and therefore the ‘valued up to’ is only indicative.
