Package Terms:

PLEASE NOTE: Due to changing transfer and flight times, some flights may not connect straight through to your resort. A minimum of 2.5 hours is needed from arrival into Fiji* and A minimum of 4 hours is needed from departure of an Island Resort or 2.5 hours from Denarau*. If your flight arrives outside of these times guests will either have to upgrade to a water taxi or overnight in Denarau. This is not included in the package price. Please check the transfer times to ensure you are booked correctly or call one of our Travel agents for assistance.

*Airfares
Airfares are based on the best available airfare at time of publication and are subject to availability & change. Flights may not be direct or operate daily. Air surcharges apply during Australian school holidays and other peak travel periods. Applicable charges will apply for changes. Tickets are non refundable at all times.

*FJD$250 Wine, Dine & Spa Credit, per room, per stay
This amount is to be credited to the guest’s room account on check-in which can be applied towards all food, beverage and spa treatments at the resort. Not applicable on split stays, credit cannot be shared with or transferred to any other hotel room account.  Credit applicable for use at hotel-owned bars, restaurants and spa. Credit cannot be used at any non-hotel owned F&B outlets, resort gift shops, merchandise stores or towards any watersports/activities or any other third party operators. E.g Tours. If the resort credit value is exceeded, the additional amount will be payable on checkout. Any unused credit upon checkout cannot be redeemed for cash or held in credit.

Dinner – 6pm – 9pm: Cook your own BBQ pack: Place your order before 12 midday at Trader Café for delivery to the Island Bar at 6pm OR order from Trader Café menu as above to be delivered to Island Bar.
Each pack consists of prepared cold starters, a choice of one main course, and one dessert.

*Child Policy
Children are welcome at Musket Cove. Children under the age of 15 years are not permitted in the Beachfront Bures. Guests must be aware that the Island Villas and Lagoon Bures have an overwater veranda that may not be suitable for toddlers or younger children. Our beautiful island is surrounded by water and there are unfenced swimming pools and water all around, parents will be asked to sign a waiver acknowledging the risk.

Pricing
All prices are per person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in Australian dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.

Valued Up To
The ‘valued up to’ has been determined based on the hotels full retail rates, non-promotional published airfares, and the full retail value of inclusions, as found on direct supplier sites and such sites as hotels combined, Expedia or wotif.com. Please be advised that dependent on the timing and manner of your booking these rates can change and therefore the ‘valued up to’ is only indicative.
