Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete your consultation form and unwind in our relaxation lounge. Regrettably, arriving late will limit the time of your treatment.

Weekend Surcharge: All services booked on a weekend will incur a 10% surcharge. Please note that gift vouchers redeemed for treatments on a weekend will also incur a surcharge.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
