*Wildlife Habitat Entry Pass
The award-winning Wildlife Habitat, located in Port Douglas, provides visitors with a chance to experience the Wetlands, Rainforest, Savannah, Woodlands and Nocturnal environments up close in an open and interactive setting.

Join the Interactive Bird Experience at 9am and 12.30pm daily, for up-close bird interaction and great photo opportunities. These activities then flow into other guided tours and talks throughout the park that are conducted by experienced Wildlife Keepers. The café, located within the picturesque Wetlands, is also open daily for snacks and light meals.

As you make your way through the five environments within the park, you will have the opportunity to hand-feed kangaroos and wallabies, observe cassowaries, and the Lumholtz’s Tree Kangaroos.

Please note Wildlife Habitat is closed Christmas Day.

Enjoy the journey to Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures along the scenic Great Barrier Reef Drive on board our luxury coach. Hear the fascinating stories of the region from an experienced local driver-guide. Upon arrival at Hartley’s, there is plenty of free time to wander at your own pace through the park with its abundance of wildlife including Koalas, Kangaroos, Birds, Cassowaries and Reptiles. Highlights include the 25-minute Wetlands cruise through the ecologically significant Melaleuca wetlands, the domain of the saltwater crocodile. Discover the world’s most venomous snakes at the Snake Show. See the notorious head shake and death roll of a huge saltwater crocodile at the Crocodile Attack Show. At the Lilypad Cafe you can also enjoy a tasty lunch or snack at your own expense. Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures is an awarded Green Travel Leader and actively supports the North Queensland Wildlife Trust.
