Package Terms:

*Airfares
Airfares are based on promotional economy class fares with checked luggage allowance per person. Checked Luggage allowance is dependent on the airline. Airfares are subject to availability at time of ticketing. Prices are correct at time of publication and are subject to change. Flights may not be direct or operate daily. Flights from Adelaide, Cairns and Canberra will be via Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. Subject to promotional fare availability. Air surcharges apply during Australian school holidays and peak travel periods.

Accommodation
Guaranteed room upgrade to a Beachfront Bure is valid for stays between 6 December and 18 December 26 and 21 January and 25 March 27 only.

Transfers
On schedule transfers depart Denarau at 10am, 3pm and 5.30pm daily. Returning transfer departs Beachcomber daily at 11am and 4pm. A one way off schedule transfer may be available.

Due to changing transfer and flight schedules, some flights may not connect directly to your island resort. A minimum of 2.5 hours is required from arrival into Fiji, and a minimum of 4 hours is required when departing from an Island Resort or 2.5 hours when departing from Denarau. If your flight arrives or departs outside these recommended connection times, guests may need to upgrade to a water taxi or stay overnight in Nadi or Denarau, which is not included in the package price. Our consultants can arrange a pre- or post-stay at any hotel of your choice, with our preferred options being the Fiji Gateway Hotel, Tokatoka Resort or The Palms Denarau. Please ensure you have checked transfer times to avoid any issues, or contact one of our travel consultants for assistance.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.

Valued Up To
The ‘valued up to’ has been determined based on the hotels full retail rates, non-promotional published airfares, and the full retail value of inclusions, as found on direct supplier sites and such sites as Hotels Combined, Expedia or Wotif.com. Please be advised that dependent on the timing and manner of your booking these rates can change and therefore the ‘valued up to’ is only indicative.
