Itinerary
This carefully crafted Oktoberfest journey showcases some of Europe’s most famous beer regions and cultural capitals. From Amsterdam and Brussels to Prague and Munich, enjoy a blend of iconic sightseeing, brewery experiences, scenic cruising and local food and drink traditions. The highlight of the tour is an unforgettable Oktoberfest experience in Munich, with reserved seating inside one of the festival’s legendary beer tents.

Free Time & Advance Ticket Booking
Several destinations throughout the itinerary include free time to explore independently. During your free days in Prague and Munich, we recommend pre-booking any attractions you wish to visit, as popular sites can sell out during peak travel periods. Munich is particularly busy during Oktoberfest, so advance planning is strongly encouraged to make the most of your experience.

Accommodation
Our hotels have been carefully selected to provide a comfortable and convenient base throughout your journey. Accommodation will typically be 3-star or higher local standard and may be located outside city centres, with convenient access to public transport where available. Properties are chosen to best accommodate the group while maintaining comfort and value.

Transportation
Travel throughout Europe in a modern, air-conditioned coach with comfortable seating, large panoramic windows and onboard facilities. Sit back, relax and enjoy the ever-changing scenery as you journey between some of Europe’s most famous cities and brewing regions.

Tour Leader
Your experienced English-speaking tour leader will accompany the group throughout the journey, providing local insights, travel assistance and recommendations for sightseeing, dining and optional activities.

Pace
This tour features a moderately paced itinerary, balancing guided experiences, scenic travel and free time. Some days involve longer coach journeys between destinations, rewarding travellers with a diverse range of experiences across four countries. Leisure time in major cities allows opportunities to explore at your own pace.

Fitness
A moderate level of fitness is required. Travellers should be comfortable walking unassisted, navigating stairs, and managing their own luggage where necessary. Oktoberfest grounds, historic city centres, castles and brewery visits may involve extended periods of walking and standing. This tour is not suitable for travellers’ requiring wheelchairs, mobility scooters or specialised facilities.

Group Size
Travel with a group of like-minded travellers and share memorable experiences along the way. Group sizes are generally up to 48 passengers per coach.

Meals
Daily hotel breakfasts are included, along with selected local dining experiences that showcase regional flavours throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Highlights include a brewery lunch in Belgium, a traditional Bavarian meal at Oktoberfest, and opportunities to sample some of Europe’s most celebrated beers and wines. Extra Accommodation
Extend your stay in Amsterdam or Munich with pre- or post-tour accommodation for one or two nights at the same hotel as the main tour, inclusive of breakfast, starting from $400 per room per night. Please note that transfers are not included, the maximum number of nights available to be booked is 2 nights, requests for pre- or post-tour stays cannot be processed within 60 days of departure and are subject to availability. Standard tour amendment and cancellation fees apply to pre- and post-tour accommodation bookings.

Optional Programs
A list of optional programs will be provided on your final documentation or during the tour. Optional programs must be booked directly with the guide and paid in the local currency.

Accommodation 
Each has been carefully selected to suit the size and needs of the group. They may not be centrally located, but are typically near public transport options, and your friendly guide will provide a helpful orientation tour on arrival into many of the cities you visit. Our accommodation is generally of a quality 3 to 4-star or higher local rating.

A single supplement from $2000pp is payable in addition to the twin share price for solo occupancy.

Exclusions
Meals not specified in the itinerary, beverages unless stated, airport transfers, travel insurance (strongly recommended), visas (if required), optional tours and activities, tipping, personal expenses and any items not specifically listed as included are at your own expense.

Payment
A first deposit from $499 per person is required to secure your booking. A second deposit (partial payment) is due 10 months before departure, with the amount advised at the time of booking. The final balance is due 5 months before departure. Bookings made within 5 months of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

Pace
This is a moderately paced journey through four European countries. Travel days are balanced with sightseeing, brewery experiences and free time to explore independently. While some coach journeys may be longer, the reward is experiencing iconic destinations including Amsterdam, Brussels, Prague and Munich, as well as the world-famous Oktoberfest.

Child
This tour is designed for adult travellers only. As brewery visits and Oktoberfest are featured experiences, the tour is not suitable for children under 18 years of age.

Price
Surcharges may apply for selected travel periods and departure cities. Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to availability, change, withdrawal or cancellation without notice. All prices are in Australian dollars per person twin share unless otherwise stated.

Change & Cancellation Fees
Changes for any reason will incur a fee of $110 per person per change plus any applicable supplier fees. Cancellations for any reason will incur a fee of $550 per person plus any applicable supplier fees.

• 0-29 days before departure: 100% of the tour fee and 100% of the air fee will apply.
• 30-60 days before departure: 65% of the tour fee and 100% of the air fee will apply.
• 61-99 days before departure: 50% of the tour fee and 100% of the air fee will apply.
• 100-180 days before departure: 30% of the tour fee and 100% of the air fee will apply.
• 181+ days before departure: 10% of the tour fee and 100% of the air fee will apply.

Airfares are generally non-refundable, although refundable taxes may be returned where applicable. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Deviation
Requests for alternative flight routings, early arrival or extended stays are subject to a deviation fee from $150 per person plus any applicable airfare and tax differences.

Passport
All travellers must provide a copy of their passport photo page at the time of booking. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the completion of travel. It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure all names exactly match their passport.

Health
Travellers are responsible for complying with all health, vaccination and entry requirements applicable to the countries visited. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Baggage
Each traveller may bring one suitcase with a maximum weight of 20kg, plus a small day bag or backpack. Porterage is not included and passengers must be able to manage their own luggage throughout the tour.

Meals
Included breakfasts are typically continental buffet style and may vary between properties. Included lunches and dinners have been specially selected to showcase regional flavours, with highlights including a Belgian brewery lunch and a traditional Bavarian Oktoberfest dining experience. Dietary requests should be advised at the time of booking; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Accommodation has been carefully selected to balance comfort, quality and convenience throughout the journey. Hotels are generally 3-star or higher local standard and may be located outside city centres with access to public transport where available. Final hotel details will be confirmed prior to departure.

Tipping
Tipping for your tour leader and driver is discretionary but strongly recommended as a gesture of appreciation for good service. As a guideline, we recommend allowing approximately €5 per person, per day for your tour leader and driver. During Oktoberfest, tipping beer tent staff is customary and can enhance your experience. While not compulsory, guests typically round up the bill or add approximately 5-10% when ordering food and drinks. Cash payments are common within the festival tents, so we recommend carrying some Euros for convenience. Please note that all personal food and beverage purchases outside of your included Oktoberfest meal and beers are at your own expense.

Flights
Flight schedules may require departure prior to Day 1 or arrival after the tour concludes. Airfares are subject to airline availability, taxes, surcharges and government charges at the time of ticketing. If significant airfare increases occur after publication, an airfare supplement may apply.

Fuel
In the unlikely event of substantial increases in fuel or transportation operating costs, a fuel surcharge may be passed on by the supplier.

Group Size
This holiday operates with approximately 30 to 48 passengers, allowing you to share memorable experiences with fellow travellers who share a passion for European culture, food and beer.

Coaches
Travel in a modern, air-conditioned coach featuring comfortable seating, large panoramic windows and onboard facilities designed for comfortable touring throughout Europe.

Itinerary Changes
The itinerary may be adjusted due to operational requirements, weather conditions, local events, road closures or factors beyond our control. During Oktoberfest, venue access times, tent allocations and event logistics may be amended by organisers without notice. Alternative arrangements will be made where possible.

Breakaway
Travellers are expected to remain with the group throughout scheduled touring arrangements unless prior written approval has been obtained before departure.

Documentation
Final travel documentation will be issued approximately 30 days prior to departure.

Valued Up To
Any “valued up to” pricing comparisons are based on comparable products of a similar standard, duration and inclusion level available at the time of publication.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended. We recommend purchasing comprehensive coverage at the time of booking.

Force Majeure
Should extraordinarily circumstances beyond our control affect travel arrangements, including natural disasters, major events, government actions, transport disruptions, pandemics or other force majeure events, the supplier reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel travel arrangements as required.
