After arriving Phuket Airport (airport code: HKT), please meet our representative at EXIT GATE no2. Our representative will be holding “Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort & Spa” sign & will be waiting for you. They will ensure that you meet our driver there.

Emergency: In the unforeseeable circumstance that you are delayed or for whatever reason do not meet up with neither the representative or airport driver, please contact hotel at +66 76 298 888 and ask for our front office team.

Cancellation Charges
