It is mandatory for child passengers who are under the age of 8 or with height under 1.35 meters to use a Child Restraining Device (CRD), such as a child safety seat, when travelling in a private car. Kindly advise if travelling with any children under the age of 8 and their height upon reservation. A surcharge of HK$150 will be applied for each child safety seat, which requires 48-hour advance reservation – please check with your holiday expert that this has been made.  Payment is payable direct to resort.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
