This tour offers a mix of historic sites, big cities and rural areas. Travel between the cities is by coach, around 4 to 5 hours, with some early starts.  Refer to itinerary for details.

Fitness & Pace
A moderate level of fitness is required. You are required to have the ability to move about unassisted, including getting on and off transport, walking stairs and in crowds and the occasional uneven or steep terrain. You will be required to manage your own baggage. Stand for extended periods of time, often in hot/humid conditions, without needing to sit down and move at the group pace. Regrettably, our Tour Operators are unable to accommodate passengers who require the use of a wheelchair, or a mobility scooter, as their coaches are not equipped with wheelchair lifts or dedicated storage space for mobility devices. Additionally, they do not provide wheelchairs or related assistance during the tour.

Participation Requirements
Any special requirements or disabilities must be disclosed at the time of booking, or if such requirements arise after the booking, as soon as such requirements are or reasonably should be known by the participant.  If our Agency (or the tour operator) has not received disclosure of requirements or disabilities that require reasonable accommodations for accessibility, and/or if your participation poses a threat to the safety or health to self or others.  Our Agency (or the tour operator) may be unable to accommodate you for part or all of the Tour, Cruise or any services provided in connection with the trip.

Suitability & Accessibility
Certain activities or venues may be limited or inaccessible to you if your mobility is limited in any manner.  You are responsible for assessing if the itinerary is suitable for all participants on the booking.  We recommend you contact us prior to making a reservation to determine what reasonable assistance might be available. Our Agency (or the tour operator) will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special needs but cannot guarantee that it can be accommodated in all cases.

No refunds are provided for missed services or activities due to your inability to fully participate with the group, including keeping pace with the group, if conditions requiring assistance are not known to us at the time of booking or when reasonably known by the participant.

Extra Accommodation 
Pre or post tour accommodation for one or two people in Delhi with breakfast, in the same tour hotel or similar area, can be added with the tour supplier at an additional cost, subject to availability. Transfers are not included for extended stays. Please contact ALDI Holidays Customer Service.

Tipping (Local Payment)
Suggested local payment: $100 AUD pp.
Tipping is customary in India.  A suggested amount of $100 AUD per person (approx. $10-12 AUD per day). This is for the tour leader and driver.

Exclusions 
Meals & transfers not stated, drinks on meals, optional programs, visas (if required), travel insurance (strongly recommended), tipping, laundry, personal expenses and anything not explicitly specified are at your own expense.

Baggage 
Each person is entitled to a strict maximum of one bag not exceeding 20kg on the coach tour, superseding any other baggage allowance. Excess baggage is not permitted. You are strongly encouraged to pack lightly. A light day bag or backpack is permitted on the coach. Porterage is not included, and you are required to carry your own bags. Luggage and personal effects are your own risk, and we hold no liability for lost or damaged belongings.

Visa requirements

Itinerary 
The operating schedule and itinerary may be impacted without notice by adverse weather, seasonal factors, closures, local conditions, COVID-19 or other factors beyond our control including force majeure. If attractions are not available due to reasons beyond our control such as closures or adverse weather, alternatives will be provided where possible. The itinerary and its order, sightseeing and transportation may be adjusted as deemed appropriate by the operator for optimum safety, enjoyment and operation. Any reference to ‘optional’, ‘not included’ or ‘exclusions/excluded’ means at your own expense.

Transfers 
Transfers are included on the first and last day of the tour. If you book extra nights in Delhi at the beginning or end of the tour, transfers are not included. Transfers may operate at designated times and may be group or independent services using private transportation.

Breakaway 
Customers must always remain with the tour group and must not leave the tour unless written approval is provided before departure.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended. Ask our holiday experts for great coverage options.

Force Majeure 
Force majeure means any natural disaster, accident, fire, act of God, act of war, terrorism, legally binding judgment, injunction, action of a court or other relevant authority, emergency, unplanned repairs, maintenance, strike, industrial dispute, work ban, blockade or picketing, travel ban, pandemic, epidemic or outbreak of infectious disease, or other event beyond our reasonable direct or indirect control. In case of force majeure or other extraordinary event that prevents safe travel, the supplier reserves the right to adjust, postpone or cancel the trip.

Please note: If there are not ample direct flights or seat availability to accommodate entire group from Jaipur to Mumbai, customers will travel by coach from Jaipur Hotel to Delhi airport {approx. 5 hrs} and board flight direct from Delhi to Mumbai.

Prices are per person twin share in AUD, and subject to availability and currency fluctuations. Pricing is subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Please note – Accommodation, itinerary and inclusions are subject to change and availability. Seasonal and/or flight routing surcharges may apply. Flights may not be direct or operate daily. Disruptions to cruising and itinerary may occur.

Important – if your cruise holiday package is made up of consecutive back to back sailings, there is a chance that you may be allocated different cabin numbers on each voyage and may be required to change cabins throughout your journey.

Should onboard gratuities or hotel service charges not already be included in your package, these are mandatory and charged by the cruise line to your onboard account on a day by day basis. Due to security reasons, all guests must be on board 2 hours before sailing.
Disembarkation usually begins 2 hours after docking.

Please note: many European hotels charge a nominal daily City Tourist Tax which is utilised locally for tourism-related purposes and to improve the local infrastructure in the area. This tax is collected by the hotels directly from the customer and the amount can vary by region, hotel size or type. Local regulations state this must be collected by the hotel and cannot be prepaid.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have checked the Visa requirements for all countries visited on this itinerary. China, Russia, India, Canada, and the USA require visas to be arranged prior to sailing for all Australian passport holders. For Non-Australian passport holders please check with the appropriate embassy.

Valued up to
Where a comparative ‘valued up to’ price is displayed with the advertised price, it should be taken as a comparison to a product of similar duration, standard of travel and inclusions to that destination that is available for sale to the public for a similar time of travel. Where a comparative product of the same duration cannot be found, an average price per day may be used. Where a comparative product of similar inclusions cannot be found, the products of multiple providers may be combined to produce a comparative price.

Low Deposit Policy
A first deposit is required to secure your booking. A second deposit (partial payment) is due 10 months before departure – the amount will be advised at time of booking. The final balance will be provided at time of booking.
